YOU SAY MORE THAN YOU THINK
How to Use "The New Body Language" to Get What You Want
Sunday, August 8 – Welcome Reception and Special Session, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
When your career and good reputation depends on gathering accurate information from your clients, it's important to have the skills to know when to delve further. And when you're facing off with IRS personnel, knowing how to positively influence their opinion can tip the scales for your client.
Uncovering the mysteries of body language—how people communicate their thoughts and feelings without saying a word—is a powerful tool which can build your confidence and practice. All successful people know that the ability to detect and react to the split-second signals that skim across people's bodies hundreds of times each day is crucial to getting what they want in life. During this general session, you'll learn to strengthen interpersonal relationships, become a stronger leader, manage your nerves better, and attain ambitious new goals. You'll be better prepared to perform as a persuasive communicator, problem-solver, and cunning negotiator. With your vamped-up confidence and enthusiasm, you'll save time, money, resources, and that all-important edge in an often-challenging global environment.
Janine Driver is the founder, president, and lead instructor for the Body Language Institute, an elite certification program that offers award-winning advanced communications training. Driver is also a popular media guest, having made appearances on NBC's Today Show, The Rachael Ray Show, and CNN's Larry King Live. Released in February, 2010, her book, You Say More Than You Think: A 7-Day Plan for Using the New Body Language to Get What You Want! made the New York Best Seller's List.
