
2011 NAEA National Conference Registration Opens!
The 2010 NAEA National Conference was a bold event in our association's history. Get ready for a better, even more substantive tax education experience with top-notch instructors at the 2011 NAEA National Conference, taking place August 7-9, 2011! In addition to the leading, face-to-face continuing education on IRS representation that the National Tax Practice Institute™ (NTPI®) is known for, the 2011 NAEA National Conference will feature a robust Tax Preparation/Practice Management track including a day to "Build Your Business" with essential information that will recharge your career and an intensive Special Enrollment Exam (SEE) Review track for experienced tax preparers who have decided the time is right to become an EA.
This event includes 6 tracks, each offering 24 hours of education. Participants may also create their own program by picking and choosing individual classes from different tracks. Classes run from 8 am to 4:40 on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. With new classes and nationally recognized speakers, this year's program offers something for everyone. The National Conference has something for:

Special guest speakers include:
- Beth Tucker, Deputy Commissioner for IRS Operations Support, who is speaking on behalf of IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman, for a session in which she will outline the items of interest to the representation community, including agency objectives, enforcement trends, and technology development. Time permitting, the session will also include a question and answer segment.
- David Williams, Director, IRS Return Preparer Office, will offer a status report. Mr. Williams will offer his perspective as the executive responsible for return preparer registration, testing, continuing education and strategy (one CPE).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. For a full refund, cancellations must be received by July 7, 2011. A $50 administrative fee will be retained. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event start date will not be refunded.
