NAEA and Tax Analysts, Tax.com™ Announce New
Tax Talk Today® Series
Washington, DC (August 18, 2010) – The National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), Tax Analysts and its sponsored site Tax.com™ have joined forces to bring back the popular online series Tax Talk Today®. Originally developed by IRS to educate tax professionals, educators and students about taxation issues, Tax Talk Today® was discontinued by IRS in 2009. Requests from its many followers to bring the show back have resulted in a collaborative effort between NAEA and Tax Analysts.
The programs will cover tax issues at all levels of practice and will include ethics, federal tax law updates and federal tax law. Presented live online, the programs will feature industry tax experts, professionals and IRS officials. Viewers can look forward to lively roundtable discussions, real-time interaction and the opportunity to participate in the discussion via e-mail.
Programs may be viewed live or in the archives at no cost. Audio podcasts are also available without charge. Continuing professional education credits are only available with a purchase. Currently, a pre-season special subscription is available that will provide the opportunity to earn 15 credit hours of CPE at a 25% discount.
Tune in to this award-winning series on the second Tuesday of the month at www.TaxTalkToday.com.
